notified automatically as soon as a home comes on the market that
meets your criteria. We will continually make
comparisons, honing your list of needs and wants until we close in

Getting to
Settlement
Once the purchase price has
been agreed to, we will schedule home inspections. Depending on what
the inspections reveal, we generally have 3 choices: Accept,
Reject, or Renegotiate. I will provide you with a list of
items that need to be done before closing, as well as a timeline to
keep you on track until settlement. It is my job to look out
for your interests throughout the entire process.
